Is she actually sarcastic?
Yes. Sarcasm is a tunable setting, not a bug — dialed to 7 out of 10 by default, and it drops automatically the moment she detects you're actually stressed. She teases the situation, never you.
Does she read my email?
She reads it to triage and draft — needs-you, can-draft, or ignore. She never sends anything without your confirmation, and reply-all always requires you to explicitly approve the recipient list.
What can she do without asking?
Reading anything is free. Reversible, low-risk actions (labeling email, drafting inside your project folders) auto-execute with a notification. Anything that touches production, sends a message, or moves money always waits for your confirmation.
Where does she actually run?
On your Mac, day one. Local orchestration, local memory, local audit log — the only two things that leave your machine are LLM calls to AWS Bedrock and voice synthesis via ElevenLabs.
